TENS anyone?

My acupuncturist agrees that it uses the same neural pathways as acupuncture so I am giving it a go. Anyone else tried it?

I have been using a tens machine for years. It really helped with post operative pain from both my knee replacements. At the moment it a godsend for my damaged shoulder, normally it is agony travelling in a car but with a tens on my shoulder it really helps reduce the pain. It's good that you can modulate the pulse width, frequency and intensity to whatever feels right for you. I have tried leaving it on my shoulder at night to help with sleep but I end up in such a tangled mess with the wires.

I would really recommend anyone in pain to try a TENS.
